I'm Shannon, and I'm so happy to have you here in this little corner of the internet.
Several years ago, I was serving an LDS mission and got really into lettering and watercolor painting as a creative outlet in my free time. I had always wanted to pursue a career in graphic design, but that was the first time I truly put pen to paper. Along the way, I painted a map of my mission. Initially it was a simple personal project, but soon other missionaries were asking if I would paint a map for them too. Word spread and I got more and more requests...
HEY THERE,

with my shop is to bring value and inspiration into your life.
I want to send you a piece that makes your mom cry (happy tears). I want you to frame these one of a kind paintings, and give it to your best friend on her wedding day.
I find art truly special. It is an expression of someone out there's self, meeting the discipline of years of practice and learning. I hope that the pieces I share come in earnestness, and bring joy into your life.
Plus, who doesn't love a little happy mail arriving on their doorstep at the end of a long day right??
MY DREAM
WHERE IT STARTED
When I was returning from my 18 month long mission, I was devastated.
How could something that brought me so much joy and satisfaction just be over?
I was so sad to be leaving people I had grown much love for, and leaving sunny SoCal. Creating these maps helped me to work through the feelings I had, and channel them into something that brings others joy.
Since returning home, I have created hundreds of these maps. It's taught me a lot about the world, and that God calls his missionaries to serve in the most random, middle of nowhere areas.
The Original Watercolor Mission Maps come in all different types and sizes. I'm excited to create something that helps you keep the joy of your mission in a piece of art.

At one point in my teenage years, I had made the goal that I wanted my career to be a wedding invitation designer. That dream came sooner than expected. My uncle was getting married, and he had me design their wedding invites. With my minor experience in Illustrator, I threw something together.
It was probably terrible.
Over the years, I've taken college classes, learned the basics of design, and kept up with industry trends. My skills have exceeded my early designs, and I have created the career I had always dreamed of.
And the best part about it? It doesn't stop at invitations. We offer a full range of services to help you with whatever your needs are.
We also offer branding services to help you take your side biz to the next level.
